Renault Clio: Heating resistors: Removal - Refitting
REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
- Remove the centre console (see Centre console:
Removal - Refitting) (MR 393, 57A, Interior equipment).

- Unclip the trim at (1) and (2) at the base of the dashboard.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED

- Disconnect the connector (3) from the heating resistors.
- Remove:
- the bolts (4) from the heater resistors,
- the heater resistors.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED

- Refit:
- the heater resistors.
- the bolts (6) from the heater resistors.
- Connect the connector (5) to the heating resistors.
II - FINAL OPERATION.
- Clip on the dashboard lower trim.
- Refit the centre console (see Centre console: Removal
- Refitting) (MR 393, 57A, Interior equipment).

elements which consume fuel (engine
power, heating and/or air conditioning,
etc).
Activating the function
Press switch 4.
The 5 warning light comes on on
the instrument panel to confirm activation.
While driving
The following operating conditions:
driving for long periods when the low
fuel level warning light is lit;
using leaded petrol;
using fuel or lubrication additives
which are not approved.

faulty ignition system, running out of
fuel or disconnected sp
