Renault Clio: Pressure sensor: Removal - Refitting
AIR CONDITIONING or CLIMATE CONTROL
REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
- Position the vehicle on a two-post lift (see Vehicle:
Towing and lifting) (MR 392, 02A, Lifting equipment).
- Remove:
- the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(MR 392, 35A, Wheels and tyres),
- the front wheel arch liners (see Front wheel arch
liner: Removal - Refitting) (MR 393, 55A, Exterior
protection),
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (MR 393, 55A, Exterior protection).
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
- Disconnect the pressure sensor connector (1).
Note:
An automatic shut-off valve isolates the circuit
from the outside during removal; do not drain the
refrigerant from the circuit.
- Remove the pressure sensor.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
- Refit the pressure sensor.
- Tighten the pressure sensor.
- Connect the pressure sensor connector (2).
II - FINAL OPERATION.
- Refit:
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (MR 393, 55A, Exterior protection),
- the front wheel arch liners (see Front wheel arch
liner: Removal - Refitting) (MR 393, 55A, Exterior
protection),
- the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(MR 392, 35A, Wheels and tyres),

REMOVAL
OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
Remove the blanking covers (1).
Insert a screwdriver in the openings to move the clips (2).
Apply pressure to the clips (2) to unclip the high level
brake light.
Partially remove the raised brake light using a flat-blade
B85 or K85
IMPORTANT

for the repair, 88A-5).
REMOVAL

Raise the window fully.
Switch off the ignition.
Disconnect
